Okay ladies, it is time for day 2 of
Scrapdango's Progressive Blog Hop. Today, we have a layout progressive recipe challenge for you. So for this challenge, you will again have to go to each DT member's blog to learn an item that you need to add to a layout. Each DT member chose an item that is a favorite of theirs to use in their scrapping, so you will learn a little bit more about each DT member as you gather the items as well. You must include each of the 6 DT members' favorite items on your layout in addition to anything else you want to add. Your layout is due by Monday, November 16th by Midnight EST to be counted as a draw toward the prize of one of Scrapdango's awesome monthly kits. You can upload your layout in the comments sections of the
Scrapdango Blog or on the forums in the
Progressive Blog Hop section.
So the item that I chose to add to the layout recipe challenge was circles. You must include at least one circle somewhere on your layout. I love using circles in my layouts. Given my background as an engineer and my very linear style, circles seem like an odd choice for me. You'd think I'd like squares, but maybe circles go against what I am about normally (not that I'm square) and just add that certain something. I'm not sure what it is, but I love circles, so that is your first item. Here is my example of my layout including all 6 items (sorry for the poor picture--it was taken using the light of my desk lamp).

Oddly enough, I actually struggled getting the circles on this layout, but it worked out in the end.
Now you need to go to Lynn's blog next to get your next item. Happy hopping!!!
